History

Michel Pichet owns the farm F.X. Pichet and has been producing organic milk for over 25 years. His wife, Marie-Claude Harvey, is the executive director of the refining house at Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade since March 2007.

 

For now more than three years, the company has grown and matured a lot. The adventure first started with the well known Baluchon. Michel Pichet, Marie-Claude Harvey and their whole team then worked body and soul to develop three different cheeses that are now available in most grocery stores.

 

Today, thanks to our passionate promoters, the cheese factory F.X. Pichet is a thriving company well established in the hearts of the people of our region. Our products are, of course, the pride of cheese makers and our dear citizens.  

 

Within the refining house at Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade is a boutique opened to the public which offers all our products, organic meat and a myriad of other products from the local artisans.
